Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse
We use AgoraPulse in my company to manage other companies' social presence, along with our own.
- Scheduling-- some other companies' interfaces are a bit clunky, providing more than most people or agencies need.
- Comment Management-- this system is easy to manage and assign to other users.
- I cannot think of a feature that could use improvement on their part outside of supporting more platforms.
2 - The primary owner and marketing director
- This has helped us remain positive every month with its simple to use interface leaving little room for time consuming tasks and loss or productivity.
In my opinion AgoraPulse is a hands down alternative on every front.
