Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
We currently use Agorapulse to schedule organic social media content and do our monthly reporting for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. We are a Marketing Agency, so our entire organization utilizes Agorapulse. As far as business problems being addressed, it has certainly increased efficiency with reporting and scheduling/managing organic content. It also serves as a hub for us to collaborate on content.

Agorapulse is more of an all-in-one platform. With the exception of not having a grid preview for Instagram or automatic story publishing, Agorapulse beats all the rest. Sprout Social's reports are great, but the content management side is not what we need for the price we want. Hootsuite doesn't even compare.
Agorapulse works great for marketing agencies with a wide variety of clients. We are able to organize social profiles into folders for each client and easily crosspost between the channels. Being able to view multiple channels on one calendar is a huge perk and makes it easy to make sure what we are putting out across each channel is in line with the rest of the content.
