Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

We are currently using AirTable as a way to manage our project needs. As a platform for the communications team, AirTable lets us document all our tasks while simultaneously managing our timeline for the entire year. The different views have been indispensable for our organization's needs. We also use AirTable as a way to document requests.
  • AirTable allows you to seamlessly document projects and divide them into sub-tasks.
  • AirTable's calendar view is helpful in giving users a more understandable view of project timelines.
  • AirTable's collaborative component is essential to any project teams.
  • AirTable lacks checklists, which makes it hard to use a single base when managing multiple projects between team members.
  • Although we've just started to use AirTable, it has already greatly benefitted our workflow by providing clear and easy to organize documentation.
In comparison to Asana, AirTable is much more user-friendly. In comparison to Trello, we find that Airtable has more robust settings while still offering the same ease of use.
AirTable is well suited for both personal and group use, and I would highly recommend it to others.
