Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
Airtable is currently being tested by our digital marketing team. I began using it myself to test out its functionality and usability in hopes to incorporate it into a usable tool for potential use within our team. It addresses our need for project management - allows the ability to keep all related information/documents for a specific project in one place.
- Ability to add different types of data in one place (i.e. files, images, links, etc.) that are relevant to a particular project.
- Easily cross reference information/data that is relevant to multiple spreadsheets.
- Easily change the view of your data for your own particular needs. Also the ability to view the data which makes the most sense for the information you are trying to sort.
- Longer time to use the blocks function during the free trial.
- More video tutorials that are shorter in length.
- Currently in the testing phase but having the ability to download others' templates as a starting reference point for a project has significantly cut down on the beginning phase of project planning.
