The main problem we have experienced is typos in search term queries made by users visiting our online store. Algolia addresses this problem with its best in class typo tolerance. This prevents a search result with no products for the end user and leads to an increase in conversions for our online store. In our organization we also started to use Algolia for personalized search results based on a users past search and click behaviour to tailor the results according to his preferences.
