Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

AlphaSense is my platform of choice for self-learning. I use AlphaSense to access equity research, earnings transcripts, and market research to stay up to date on the Financial Services industry and understand competitive dynamics. By setting alerts and searching analyst reports, I gain 1.) domain expertise and greater context for technology use cases 2.) inspiration for insights that I can present internally and externally 3.) points of view I can't access anywhere else.

The search engine is extremely accurate and the syntax is easy enough to use. I mostly just use simple terms to search. The filters help narrow the scope. I've used other market intelligence platforms and AlpahSense is by the far the best UX. That said, I find AlphaSense is most powerful when you set daily alerts and read a little every day, rather than search when you need to react to a request.
AlphaSense is integrated into my workflow. The alert feature makes it easy to track the latest developments and I use it to get updates on topics I care about. One use case example - in my role, I create content that simplifies technological and financial concepts. I use AlphaSense to review reports that show illustrations of these concepts (of how payment processing works, for example) and this gives me creative inspiration for my own work.

AlphaSense is a fantastic resource for anyone who is curious about an industry. I think about it as an educational tool. You can read points of view on an industry as events happen and compare how companies are competing. I talk about AlphaSense in terms of building intellectual habits -- a little bit of reading every day makes you exponentially smarter over the long run.
