Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
Once a quarter, I use it to summarize the quarterly earnings reports from our competitors and the associated analyst reports. Also, throughout the quarter, as competitive inquiries arise, I search Alpha sense for any relevant articles.
- Makes it really easy to find insights on competitors
- Drop dead easy to find and summarize competitors' earnings reports
- Provides weekly email with list of possibly relevant articles
- I do the same 4-6 competitors every quarter, so ideally it would prompt me when the earnings transcripts are available.
- In ideal world, it would provide a summary of key points from the earnings transcripts.
- AlphaSense saves me hours every quarter in being able to provide intelligent quarterly summaries to our Executive team so they can quickly keep on top of our competitors' performance and the analyst assessments.

No one supports "alphasense" on an ongoing basis. As a total, we spend about 6 hours a month using it.
- Creating summaries of competitors quarterly earning results
- Ad hoc inquires on competition - any news
- Ad hock inquires on related companies - validating any news we heard thru grapevine
- None come to mind
- If AI was powerful enough, it would do a summary of a company's earning report including analyst reports.

No - not aware of any premium support
Yes - Certain analyst reports were not listed - and it turns out that in transitioning the account from me to my predecessor, an error happened. They fixed it quickly.
Yes - as mentioned earlier - I couldn't access analyst reports on a competitor that I really needed. I reported this thru the online tool and I instantly got a reply and by the next morning I got an email with several analyst reports attached. Great service!!!

- Doing a general search on a company for any recent news
- Doing a search specifically for any research (analyst reports) on a company
- I don't feel like I can count on it to find all relevant news on a company (as opposed to a Google search)
