Overall Satisfaction with Appointy
We piloted (free version) of Appointy to try to organize our COVID testing. We piloted the free version of Appointy and another product. Appointy was an approach to try to enable online scheduling for a community that now desires to use technology for just about everything.
- easy to use
- great app interface
- free options to test drive
- customer service is very timely and spot on
- great reminders to those who use it
- need some way at booking to not book if the email address is incorrect (not sure how technology can do this but there must be a way)
- not sure about how it would integrate with other technology we have
- easy to use on the user end
- easy for our staff to manage
- really effective reminders
- strong customer service
- allowed us to utilize less staff time on scheduling and overseeing crowds for COVID testing
- saved time and money on staff time
- minimized staff frustration
- empowered staff to feel like they were part of the solution to use tech to improve practices
Appointy is much better than many of the other free versions on the market in that it does the work for you, including approvals and reminders. Many of the other options we have looked at are not this nimble.
