Overall Satisfaction with Apptio Targetprocess
We Use Targetprocess as our System of Record for all the work that our Product Development and Operations Teams. With integration options that Targetprocess provides in our case its with the Azure DevOps, it is very easy to interact between the two applications and keep track of all the items. The best part about Targetprocess is you do not have to navigate between two application (Jira and Jira Align) for things like Program Board.

Targetprocess is very well integrated with our ADO/TFS Servers which make it very easy for tracking and managing tickets around the organization.

We currently do not use any other Apptio products other than Targetprocess. However, we are in consideration for any New product that would enhance our Budgeting and Forecasting in the organization.
