We use it as our agile lifecycle management tool. We hope to use it for all work management and portfolio management in the future.

It’s been a great enabler of our agile transformation and gives us flexibility where necessary to accommodate specific agile use cases. It’s also integrated well with ServiceNow, which is our ticketing and change management solution and has also helped ensure Apptio Targetprocess is the single source for all work management in our organization.
