Articulate Storyline is used within our organization to create custom e-learning content for our clients. I also use it to train others on how create e-learning and use the software itself. Personally, I use it for freelance and general design work.

Their strongest competitor is Adobe Captivate, and Articulate blows them out of the water. Captivate is old, not easy to use and is limiting. They are known for having a community that is not helpful and rude. Articulate is the exact opposite.
Articulate Storyline is great for any team, organization or department looking to create e-learning quickly. Articulate's products are easy to use and they provide outstanding support via their Community. You can get your questions answered quicker than any other place on the internet.
