Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 to create in house training courses to be uploaded to our LMS. Some problems we face are not being fully knowledgable on how to use the product as well as not being able to speak to anyone directly. Note: communication is only provided via email I've found.
  • Allow flexibilty in course creation
  • Provide technical support 24/7
  • Providing live and on-demand training courses that are easy to access
  • Providing customer support via telephone or video chat
  • Ability to add quizzes to training courses
  • Being compatible with our LMS
  • I have to learn as I go so a negative impact is not having up front training so that I am using the product the best way possible.
I have not used other products to compare.

Would you buy Articulate 360 again?

Yes

It allows us to create training courses in house so we don't have to out source training vendors.
It is less suitable becasue becasue you have to have creative expertise when using the product. It would be better if the product offered suggestions on how to create/make the trainings.
