Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We have two major use cases: we have a large MX (customer service) organization that needs ongoing training around SLAs, changes to product, supply, chain, constraints, and all sorts of ways to help our customers when they call in or email. Some of these trainings are part of a certification program, and other ones are just in time trainings. we also have do use case for our internal corporate employees for their on-boarding and ongoing learning and development.

Adobe Captivate has a ton of incredible functionality. You're able to fully customize user experiences through interactive elements, buttons, transitions, hiding and activating various elements, and so on. But overall Captivate is insanely difficult for someone new to the tool to learn. Most of what I learned about Captivate, I had to do by trial and error or by watching Paul Wilson's YouTube videos. I find Articulate 360 to be far more intuitive.

Would you buy Articulate 360 again?

Articulate 360 as a whole package is great for users who have both Mac and Windows machines–Storyline does NOT work on Mac, which is definitely a bummer. As I mentioned before, our team had a good understanding of what we needed to convert from a previous LMS/CMS into the Articulate 360 platform, so it was quite easy to replicate or re-create that content in Rise. One thing Rise doesn't allow for it really detailed templates that fit your corporate theme/style...you're dependent on what Rise provides.
