Overall Satisfaction with Asana

Asana is used in my department to manage projects. We use it to assign individual tasks, follow project templates, and generate team management information. We selected ASANA a few years ago as a value-for-money task management software suitable for smaller organizations with the ambition to grow. This is how we evaluate our experience to date.

Pros

  • Simple and clear task management solution
  • good technical support

Cons

  • Increasing pricing
  • Lack of flexibility
  • Actually, very similar functionality to other software which provides better value for money
  • task templates
  • management information overview of assigned tasks
  • we enjoyed using ASANA as a value for money software
  • when charged unreasonable amounts of money for no additional service we have to leave
  • I am leaving with the feeling of rip off
