Overall Satisfaction with Audiense

I use it to monitor social engagement for the company's pages and profiles and to monitor our audiences, their interests, and the topics they are more likely to want to discuss. I also use it to discover new users. This function and the relative filters are particularly useful and allow me to accomplish this task quickly and effectively. Another thing I appreciate is the possibility of monitoring Twitter unfollows and inactive users, so I can keep our community fresh and engaged.

Audiense is especially suited for companies that have niche interests and want to get to their specific audience. It is, however, important to know your audience to begin with, so you can target your search on appropriate keywords. It is probably less competitive where broad swaths of interests are involved, like Twitter, for instance, does that pretty well on its own platform. This doesn't mean that Audiense wouldn't help, just that it would be less of a motivating factor for potential users.

We are a small enterprise working for clients who outsource smm and therefore we all work on delivering what they need through the use of services such as audience. We also work with representatives of the clients and share audience data with them in order for them to get a clearer picture of how we are working
1 - This is mostly my job as I have a background in digital marketing, however, a good understanding of brand identity is also required, as Audiense is a flexible tool whose use should be tailored to specific brand needs, therefore constant communication with the client is essential to make the best of the platform

I have been using it for a few years now and I still think it's a pretty competitive tool, although a lot of new interesting tools are coming on the market and I am always on the lookout for new solutions. If it keeps innovating, however, Audiense could stay relevant for some time to come
