Overall Satisfaction with Autopilot
We use Autopilot both as our agency automation solution and it is what we recommend and manage for our clients. In both instances, it is used to capture and nurture leads and because it's automated, it scales.
- It has entry-level pricing
- It's easy to use and set-up
- Its heads-up feature is a great alternative to simple lead-gen forms
- It scans your existing forms, which can be troublesome. It'd be great to offer Autopilot forms as well as simple tags to ensure fields are being collected.
- Some flexibility with its heads-up feature would be good. Different positioning, timed appearance, etc.
- Autopilot has helped our agency build and segment our email database like never before. This has allowed us to nurture readers of blog posts to real clients.
- Autopilot has helped clients also achieve better ROI. For example, in one instance it has helped an e-commerce client encourage repeat sales.
We had used Drip and in a smaller instance Campaign Monitor's automation. At the time, however, Drip itself was a little clunky because of a lack of broader integration, while Campaign Monitor was good for very simple workflows. At least the functionality of these former products at the time we used them was nowhere as flexible and user-friendly. We use Zapier all the time, and this integration is a massive asset for Autopilot.
