Fairly easy to set up a sandbox environment and point to our ERP.

Does a good job for what we need.

Additional Capabilities

Professional Services (nexus studies, registrations, backfiling, etc.)

None of these are used but NA was not an option.

Likelihood to Recommend

We use it for tax calculation. We do not use it for filing sales tax returns, as it is less cost-effective vs having an employee complete them internally.
