Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara to manage our sales tax compliance. We sell to customers across the United States including doing a lot of drop shipments for our customers. This leads to complexity as we navigate sales tax. Avalara helps us manage exemptions and ensures we charge the customer the correct amount. They also help save us from administration time in filing the sales tax returns.

Avalara does a great job at helping to make sure we are charging the customer the correct sales tax amount to customers. If you only have nexus in one state, it may not be 100% necessary but as nexus grows it's an invaluable resource in making sure we stay compliant.
