Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

Avaya Cloud Office has been used in our Customer Service Department for about a year now. Currently, we have been using it to connect to our Team Members in our department when needed to contact them while we are at work.

  • More chats in less time after connecting with team members regarding a particular issue
Avaya is totally recommend[ed] when it comes to chatting within a team or a department and sharing files as well. It does that with ease, but the Call feature can be improved as sometimes conference calls are difficult. Overall, I would recommend Avaya [Cloud Office] to anyone who is looking to have an internal communication system within their organization.
There is always a scope of improvement and I would really like Avaya’s team to work on the issues that people encounter during phone calls and conference calls.
It has led to better communication and connectivity within our team and easy file sharing when needed the most. Scheduling online meetings has definitely been good with Avaya which in turn helped using our limited time effectively and being more productive. Quicker chat response and faster file sharing is an add-on.
The audio quality is moderately good with Avaya [Cloud Office]. Although improvement in conference calls would resolve the issues within the Call feature.

It works best for chats and sharing files within a particular department or between a team. Although, it needs some work on its phone calls. Better calls tracking, smoother call transfers, and some work on ease with conference calls would make Avaya [Cloud Office] much better.
