Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We have partnered AVI SPL mainly towards Assistive Listening Devices support and establishing legal agreements within our building in regards to these devices.

  • Nice personality and supportive
  • Updates on their partners and pending email responses reliant on their partners
  • Supplied a response and support to our legal obligations.
Their help desk knew how to direct the right people for the right cause and support.

We do not have a fully remote or hybrid working environment at AV Barclays Center
Although we asked questions regarding a specific induction loop setup, they were unable to help us in this regard.

AVI SPL are well suited for general installs regarding legal issues such as assistive listening support. They are less supportive on specific high end AV equipment but know how to direct you to the right people.
