Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL is a partner vendor and supplier for many of our information technology and audio / visual needs. AVI-SPL both helps our organization identify products and services that will meet our needs and helps us source those products and services in a cost effective and timely manner. Additionally, once a solution is sourced AVI-SPL keeps us up to date on the status of delivery.

I've never had to contact the global help desk due to the direct support received by our contact at AVI SPL. It is rare that we ever encounter any problems and when we do Greg and his team always handle our needs quickly and directly. We are very happy with the support we receive.
