Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

they are our current AUDIO VIDEO vendor we use for support when we have issues IT cannot figure out . The problems that we have most frequently are mainly issue with aging equipement. When Equipment fails wer reachout to AVI-SPL to have them come onsite configure and replace equipment . they are normally pretty responsive

If we have equipment that fails sometimes it takes too long to have new equipment ordered and installed by AVI-SPL. Our conference rooms are a priority and sometimes it takes a month from time an issue is reported to when it fixed to have resolution. I think adding techs and planning would help. Basically we need better turn around time on issues
