Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
As a subcontractor for the Audio / Visual work. AVI-SPL developed a set of shop drawings that were reviewed and coordinated with other trades before any work began. This included prework inspections to ensure a smooth installation once on-site. There will also be Owner training at the completion of the work along with Operation & Owner manuals for future reference.
- Understanding of the system that needs to be installed.
- Asking questions if the documents are unclear.
- If a problem arises, they are quick to respond to ensure everything is resolved.
- Communication during handoff from bidding to the field team.
AVI-SPL was a subcontractor for our company as a Construction Manager for the Owner. I know the Owner is very excited about the technology in their new building and how they will be able to utilize it for their growing company.
