Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
BigCommerce provides an e-commerce platform for the books published by Victoria University Press (VUP). It also hosts the VUP blog, and integrates with other e-sellers such as Trade Me here in New Zealand. It tracks sales and inventory for us, and is our shop window to the rest of the world.
- Very good back office systems to manage products
- Easy to use invoicing and order management
- Modern and easily updated designs
- The built in blog needs more features and better templates
- Sales reports could be more flexible and powerful, and easier to customize
- More options for the front page would be a plus
- BigCommerce has greatly increased our online sales, and they continue to grow
- Traffic to our site has increased year on year

We use one of the many design templates for our site, and plan to change the template every 2-3 years to keep the site fresh.
