Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

Since I sell online, it IS my business. We sell personalized products through our BigCommerce site.
  • Ease of adding new products.
  • The a.bility for customers to upload artwork.
  • The ability for me to customize templates to create a site that is my company colors, etc.
  • When adding product options, make it stay on the tab you just used instead of flipping back to the first option tab and clearing any search.
  • An increased number of orders.
  • I'm not sure of any other things it had done for us that any other eCommerce company could not do.
$20,000 to $100,000
I have not experienced any downtime with this product in all the years we have been with them.
It's well suited for someone wanting to sell online. It is a bit pricey when compared to other online eCommerce hosts.
