Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Track clients and related properties held by the organization. Organize calls, emails and events with the client base. Create and monitor tasks related to properties related to the organization.
  • Create tasks related to an entity
  • Simple workflows can be created related to dates
  • Provides reminders of overdue items
  • Main sales pipeline should be removable for non-sales organizations
  • Strict relation between contacts and companies should be optional
  • I was evaluating the product for a third party and cannot comment on impacts
