Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Bigin by Zoho CRM is the perfect CRM to help grow our business, the system allows us to grow into a larger system as we grow. We're a smaller company that needed a new CRM, it allows us to grow our business, as we are growing, we can grow with the system to use other features. The support has been great.

Bigin by Zoho CRM seems to be better targeted towards the direction we want to go. I did like the feature with Liondesk with the ability to send video emails for marketing as well as the Video testing ability. I'm still talking with them regarding those 2 features as they're different, and in 2024, you need to be set yourself apart.

We're only using the Contacts portion, we know we can add more functions to what we have, but we starting to move forward and learn how to work the CRM, now we're looking at the other tools and systems that Bigin by Zoho CRM offers, as we grow and learn, more of Bigin by Zoho CRM will benefit our company.
