Overall Satisfaction with BigTime Software
Currently using Big Time for Time, Expense tracking and also as a project management tool! So far its been great! It has so many great things it can do, and we are still learning! Tyler G. helped me today in their customer service Chat, and it was great. He gave me an anwer straight away, he was quick and professional!

- Helps us Mamange the Client Activities for each staff member
- I love the Chat, but sometimes i want to speak to a rep by phone!
- The support tickets seem to take too long
- Big Time connects to our accounting software!
- Big Time is fairly easy to use!
- It allows us to track both Time and Exp.
- We are new users, just this year but so far its been positive!
- Its nice to have everything under one platform, previsouly we used outside spreasheets to manage the business now its just here!
Many of those other softwares did not provide the detailed reporting capabilities that Big Time does. It was harder to get the data we needed out of those systems, and some just did not have it all together...
