Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye
We use Birdeye mainly for automated review responding. We're able to creat custom response templates and have them trigger based off specific ratings and/or platforms. Being able to do this has saved my team countless hours of time logging into all the different profiles we manage and responding to reviews manually.
