Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone
We are a managed service provider and have approximately 50 clients that we deploy Bitdefender GravityZone to. We also use it as our in-house antivirus solution. It provides us with peace of mind knowing that we are very unlikely to see a widespread malware or virus outbreak while this software is in use.
- Stops outbreaks before they get a chance to really get started
- Stops connections to potential fraudulent/phishing websites
- Very quick scans and updates
- Easy to manage with policies for each client
- More granular reporting would be nice
- Support response times are not the greatest
- Please go back to the previous UI for the management console
