Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
In my opinion, it's a very tedious process with too much flexibility in setting up registration pages. We need more of a uniform process in our organization. In my opinion, it's not back-end friendly for billing purposes. We require back-up in invoice billing, forcing us to click into each registration to email ourselves the confirmations. I think the steps are also unclear in where the information we're putting in will be displayed on the user end. In my experience, it's been nothing but trial and error learning.

- Example photos of where information will be displayed
- ability to download all registration confirmations as back-up
- Save profile information in relation to the email address - I've had to fix the same participants throughout different events
- Simplify the process to swap tickets and make the option easier to find
- Most of what you offer doesn't apply to our organization.
- We need a simplified version of your registration process.
- The data quality is great if our team can find it.
- I highly recommend live training sessions from your team to improve customer experience.
