Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use it as an internal search engine/question platform. It is so helpful as easy to use. We can navigate to new articles at the bottom that relate to the article we are reading, create series of articles and easily search from the page we are on at all times as well as going to our homepage whenever needed.

Our particular usage includes complicated scenarios/ steps however it does not include less complicated process for if you are having a mind blank. If there was a way to categorise these processes in difficulty level to help you search what is needed even fast that would be fantastic.
We need Bloomfire to load fast so we can help our customers as fast as possible. This works particularly well for our scenarios.
