Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire is used as a reference tool to locate answers when you need to have one in a hurry, you type in keywords and the search will return everything subject related to the keyword or search word used. Less is more, the more targeted/specific you are, the better your search results.

  • I currently don't have a wish list for Bloomfire, it's working fine for what I need to do with it.
  • This platform cuts down on time needed to assist peers when they need it, [in] the JH community, time [is] valuable and indirectly impacts revenue.

There's always room for improvement, I haven't stumbled across anything yet, I'm relatively a new user with less than 6 months of experience. As it goes, I'll more likely than not have a recommendation.
