Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use it as a campaign management system. Step by step we migrate our campaigns to this new system starting with consumer segments (postpaid and prepaid). The goal is to cover the full campaign activity: finding the target group, parameterizing the campaign, choosing the right channel and tools, including AB test or any other testing method, initiating the campaign, then tracking the info about it in real-time. After that, analyze the results, build up a dashboard the monitor the effect, modify the campaign if it is necessary, and present it to management. Also, we would like to use this product as a segmenting tool, to find new possibilities, target groups.

As I wrote before, the platform is easy to understand, you do not have to be familiar with any analysis or IT-related software (you do not have to understand SQL or JAVA, or any other programming language). You only have to click the right buttons. On the other hand, this can be a negative thing, because this can slow down a process, that would be faster by using a programming language.
We got the chance to take part in two pieces of training where we could learn a lot about the product, and the staff was really helpful during both occasions. And since then it is easy to get some answers if we had any problems or need troubleshooting with any parts of the software. I would also highlight the detailed documentation which is really useful.
We did not want to rush with it, so it was a long process, because we took our time the experience it, and we started migrating our campaign activities step by step. However the integration was smooth in my experience, now we are working on the data connection part, we would like to export data from the product to the data warehouse.

The best scenario in my opinion is where you have a specific idea about your target group, campaign, and channel. In that case, the platform is really simple, you just have to click some buttons, and put together the campaign scenario and the software will do the rest. Also with some more added time, you can track this campaign result as well. On the other hand, if you need to filter the base by a lot of attributes and metrics and these metrics have to be calculated within the software, it will be a slow and complicated process, or at least at the first 1-10 occasions.
