Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

It's mainly used for sending out newsletters and analyzing customer behaviour. Besides that we manage here also customer profiles. Additionally we manage from here double opt in subscription, consents, abandoned cart and net promoter score. Not only reports, but also customer segmentation is also implemented here to better understand customers.

Support is usually fast and helpful. Reply is given in a short time period and employees have a great knowledge. FOr consultation sometimes it is difficult and/or takes a longer time to find a time slot. However sometimes the help is only sharing the documentation, but a quick review of the implemented task would be more appreciated
Automation makes our job easier and more efficient, but artificial intelligence is not used by us, it would be nice to get an overview of the features that could be implemented and some onboarding about how to use this function in the future because probably it could mean the next level in our business
It was not a decision by me, but more like from the management and team leads.

Well suited for monitoring customer behaviour whether it is purchasing, surfing and storing the data which can be used later for segmentation and targeted, relevant communication and reports help to understand the outcome better. It would be nice to have an integrated html system built into the system and also if links for campaign would not be needed to copy manually
