Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Our team uses Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud for emailmarketing automation. We are planning to use the platform to conduct a/b testing on our website. Twice a week we can, because of this platform, send mails in 7 different languages. Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud takes alot of pressure from our small team. We work with 3 colleagues, but a lot more sendinglists and journeys. Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud makes our productivity and output quite high.
  • The A/B testing feature is amazing. It is allowing me to experiment with layouts and content to optimize online interactions
  • Recently we started using recommendation blocks based on sales data, which works amazing
  • How easy the program is to learn to someone else. The organized layout helps a lot.
  • More courses that can provide additional information
  • More templates of use cases we can use as inspiration
  • Live saving. I've lost a lot of work because I forgot to press save.
  • We have increased the productivity, now we can focus more on quality than quantity. This is resulting in a higher openrate and CTR.
  • Because of the options in segmented conditions we can profide our suppliers with a number of different email campaigns. We are selling a lot of segmented mailings because of this.
  • Sales through email marketing has increased since we are using Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
Because if it's efficient support in implementing the platform. My colleagues have great experience on this element. Personally, I think the documentation is very helpful. Especially because I'm relative new to this field of work. Sometimes I need some more information on, for example Jinja. I have used the documentation on multiple occasions and I think it is very helpful!
Well, as I mentioned we use a lot of segments in our mailings. This way we can mail the customer with content that is interesting for them personally. In this kind of mails we use for example brand preferences or order history. We have seen the KPI's for this kind of mails go up because people are more interested in the content in the mailings.

Well, I think it is a well suited platform if you want to work with a lot of personalisation options. From what I have heard it is also suiable for fast growing companies with a large base. I can imagine when you a company has a tight budget or a small base, a platform like Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud can be less appropiate.
