BlueJeans is used across the whole of the Americas: USA, Canada, Mexico and recently, our two sites in Brazil. BlueJeans is used by every department, and in 2018 we clocked over two(2) million meeting minutes. Utilizing BlueJeans has helped us improve the number of face-to-face meetings (virtually) while reducing actual expense costs.
Face-to-face meetings are inherently important for many meetings. BlueJeans does this very well.

BlueJeans is continuously improving their offering. Plus, with the automatic updates for our users, we are able to ensure they each have the latest version with no (or mostly no) support needed from our Infrastructure Teams
We measured all of the listed offerings against a checklist of requirements. While BlueJeans did not perform better in all of the areas, it did perform better in a majority of the items. The cost for BlueJeans is higher than some of the other solutions, and this does force us to constantly evaluate the market for a solution which may be able to compare or exceed BlueJeans and yet have a lower total cost.
BlueJeans integrates well with Outlook (Office 2016) for meetings and direct "Click-n-go" functionality. Having this integration simplifies meeting invites as well, as the users simply click on the BlueJeans Button from with the invite itself and BlueJeans takes care of all of the rest in a behind the scenes manner.
