Overall Satisfaction with Bonita Platform
We are using the Bonita Platform to address our BPM-related requirements. Currently, we are in the process of migrating our Pega-BPM application to the Bonita platform considering the user license freedom as well as open-source flexibility. We are also looking for an opportunity to explore their party OCR tool integration to serve our invoice automation business.

- Case management provided as better tracking which help us to meet SLAs.
- Auto email notification helps to address "Where are my request" answers which eventually increased our customer delight index.
- By using the third-party integration, we are able to provide visibility w.r.t end to end request status.
There is no user license in Bonita. Given the opensource, we have freedom here to extend requirements that might be beyond OOTB concept. If you have to kill [an ant] you don't need a missile. I think, for simple use cases Bonita has a simplified approach to address.
