Overall Satisfaction with Bouncer
Bouncer has helped speed up the process of our cadences since we can easily run a check of the leads first before reaching out which saves us a tremendous amount of time. It's especially powerful in the Nordic region where the landscape is especially tough on cold outreach.
It does take time to get used to though, but once you've updated your internal processes using Bouncer is easy.
I'd gladly recommend it to anyone else doing outreach campaigns.

- Quality of check is extremely good, so far less than 1% error rate on validated emails.
- Easy to use interface
- Customizable uploading process.
- The tiers and packages can be hard to understand at first
- Pricing is an overall issue
- email validation is the only one so far.
- Saving up to 2 hours per day on validation and emails.
- As for the overall business objectives it has led to 20% increase in meetings booked and 5% increase in opportunities created.
Poor customer support, hard to use and hard to understand pricing model. ZoomInfo has tried to milk every cent from them unfortunately. can't recommend them.
There seems to be a gap after the merger and hopefully it gets resolved as it has impact on product quality and in the end the customers.
