Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to create user journeys and send out B2C and B2B transactional and marketing messages with the goals of increasing acquisition, reactivation, retention, and LTV. We leverage the following channels in Braze: email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and webhooks.
  • Braze provides a great platform to produce multi-channel campaigns and user journeys. Not many marketing service providers include email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, content cards, webhooks, audience sync, etc. all in one.
  • Braze has many technology partners and integrations for each.
  • Braze allows for robust, event-level reporting with the Currents tool.
  • Braze features tools for streamlining execution, such as templates and content blocks.
  • Braze allows us to develop sophisticated segmentation and triggering via profile or custom attributes and events.
  • Braze enables personalization and dynamic content population via Liquid code and Connected Content.
  • Braze allows us to build multi-step user journeys.
  • Braze allows for A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Braze gives us great account management and technology support.
  • Braze really listens to their customers and uses feedback to develop their product roadmap and prioritization.
  • It would be great for Braze to have a feature that renders an exact message sent to a user in the past.
  • It would be great if Braze a better way to pass user profile attributes and change logs to internal company databases.
  • Braze's online documentation is very helpful more often than not, but improvements could be made.

It is clear that Braze really listens to their customers and uses feedback to develop their product roadmap and prioritization.
