Overall Satisfaction with Braze

I primarily use the Braze platform to manage and enhance my customer engagement and introduce some automation and analytic metrics to the overall process. Braze is easy to setup and work with, can be integrated into your applications with ease. UI/UX is good and there is plenty of documentation for all of its features. Overall the visibility and insight it gives of our customers is invaluable to us.
  • Excellent data metrics, analytics and reporting
  • Allows you test and experiment with A/B testing
  • Provides a high level of automation once all configured
  • Needs more customization options for the dashboards
  • While easy to use there is an initial learning curve before you become comfortable with it
  • Report generation is sometimes slow
  • Has helped provide more consistent branding which helps towards our brand equity
  • Automation features has saved us time that would have been done manually otherwise
  • Data collected will help over time to improve the customer engagement and conversion rates which in the long run will hopefully quantify some ROI for us
Overall it's easy and flexible but it may not be for absolute beginners, some tech smarts are required for Braze to fully utilize all it's features to it's best potential.
All of these engagement features offered by Braze goes to how well it automates marketing tasks that used to be painfully done manually, saving time and completing these tasks more efficiently allows us to focus more on the customer.

If you do not have any kind of customer engagement platform in place and need greater insight to your customers journey then Braze is a really good start with, a simple initial configuration can be scaled up to something more complex in the future, it will grow with you. If you aren't too tech savvy you may have trouble with more advanced integrations that are available.
