Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
We are using Brightpearl across the whole organization.
We mainly use it for inventory control online and offline.
Stock control was becoming difficult as we sell online and offline from the same location so we needed something to update our stock fast to minimize errors.

Pros
- Inventory Control
- Reporting
- Sale and Purchase orders
- Fast customer support
Cons
- Product returns are a bit tricky
- Communication between Magento and Brightpearl needs improvement e.g. (disabled products on Magento are being activated whenever I upload a new pricelist on Brightpearl)
- I've noticed a couple of glitches a few times (double-tax on a couple of products)
- Efficiency on stock control. Things aren't perfect still but that's mainly to human error and not Brightpearl
- Tracking easily sales by product/ channel/ customer
- Insight on the business overall
