Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
We use Brightpearl as a P.O.S and also for inventory purposes. BP is being used across the whole organization.
- In general brightpearl keeps our inventory spot on.
- Brightpearl p.o.s makes it easy to deal with customers.
- Brightpearl has lots of random glitches on our p.o.s side
- Allocating inventory to other warehouses should be made easier via exporting by csv file. (Csv file to P.O.)
- Sales have definitely gone up after acquiring bp.
- We have more control over our inventory and can see our losses.
BP was one of our top picks because of their prices, and most of all because of the features they have. It matches better with our company.
