Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We currently have 150+ Eyecare facilities and surgery centers. We use Broadvoice to trunk our main call center numbers into 2 data centers spread across the U.S. and route all inbound numbers throughout the country with the SIP services broadvoice offers.

  • Well trained engineers and staff
  • The B-Hive portal doesn't really work for us. It is basically a big PBX.

  • Being able to export numbers and subsets of number assigned to different trunks.

Again, being able to have a 1 glass view of our numbers, assignments, trunks and porting in real-time. We use peerless as our primary, for this very reason.
