Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We currently have 150+ Eyecare facilities and surgery centers. We use Broadvoice to trunk our main call center numbers into 2 data centers spread across the U.S. and route all inbound numbers throughout the country with the SIP services broadvoice offers.

- The B-Hive portal doesn't really work for us. It is basically a big PBX.
