Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We purchased Broadvoice for office/school phones. The initial phone set up went fairly smoothly (God Bless Carlos). When we started to install our phones it became obvious fairly early on that we did not have the bandwidth support for the system. The support we received from Broadvoice to rectify that issue took longer than we hoped but the end result has been worth the wait. We are now all set up and fully operational. I have used the Support desk several times and they have been great.

- Make sure the customer has everything they need to support the system
- More "hands on" training
- Easily transfer calls from office to school.
- Cuts down on "SPAM" calls
- People are finding it easier to reach who they want to talk to
