We use Broadvoice as our primary telephone communication system for our business. We utilize both the physical phones and the online system - which is FABULOUS! We are able to route calls, setup auto attendants, setup VIP callers, etc. There is a wide range of capabilities that we customize (as a company AND per USER)!

- Love that voicemails can be routed to email for review and documentation purposes
- Ease of use - through both portal and voice prompts on telephone
- A more user friendly "Help" section in the Admin portal - easier to search and more information
- Be fun to have different phone color choices - or skins somehow :)
