Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

I use Broadvoice to answer all incoming calls from prospects and also use it for outgoing calls to communicate information to prospect applicants. It has been beneficial to have it on my mobile phone so I am not confined to one area to use a phone, but am able to take calls as I walk around the property addressing other issues.

Broadvoice is well suited for our industry because it allows flexibility to answer calls on the go, especially when it comes to dealing with property issues or out in the community completing our marketing efforts. It has been helpful when going to a residents home and needing to contact a vendor or that resident to come to their door.
