Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is being implemented across our entire agency to allow staff to more easily access our digital assets. It will allow greater flexibility in our working environments, allow staff to be more mobile, increase efficiency, and save time and hassle. It will also allow for greater input and contribution from staff and provide a greater resource of media than what is already available to us.

  • Solution to our problem.
  • A mobile app to better allow uploads of media.
  • Fine-tuning the desktop app and allow for it to be pinned to the Taskbar and not just a shortcut.
  • Helping us meet several strategic plan objectives.
  • Improving employee engagement and involvement.
  • Allowing access by all employees to digital media platform increases creativity.
Customer support reps have been very helpful and friendly during trainings and seem to be right at our fingertips if needed.
Very user friendly and relatively intuitive.

If you have staff in the field or spread out across different offices this is a great solution for providing access to digital media, especially with larger organizations. Might not be as cost effective for a single office with only a couple staff.
