Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ to track our commission payments within the sales department. It currently houses our commission plans and also includes our statements for the commission payments. It clearly lays out the commission rates and goals, which makes the payments really easy to track.
  • Statements clearly include commission rate and payout.
  • Commission Plan is loaded within the system.
  • Closed Deals are shown with revenue and payouts.
  • I wish that the deals were shown as they were closed instead of at end of Q.
  • Commission Tracking.
  • Holding the plan.
  • It allows me to see how I ended with Q.

CaptivateIQ is perfect for the commission payment tracking for sales. If someone is looking for real-time deals that were closed, it might not be the best program.
