Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It is being used by our Finance Department to calculate productivity payments for over 250 providers. It helps us streamline the process and saves time by removing the manual-ness of the previous process and allows us to spend more time on other aspects of the business.
  • Interface is clean looking.
  • Quick to make updates and implement new features.
  • Easy to add new employees to already existing plans.
  • Some formulas are not so intuitive. Would be better off if it was aligned with Microsoft Excel formulas.
  • If there was the ability to customize statements, that would be a nice feature to have.
  • More checks and balances implemented within the system.
  • The ability to generate and automatically email statements.
  • It keeps a historical log of all productivity data in one place.
  • Time Saver.
  • Reduce headcount.
  • Has produced several errors due to abrupt off-boarding of setup phase.

CaptivateIQ is well suited for a company with stable productivity plans, meaning they don't change often and majority of people are on the same deal structures. It would be extremely overwhelming if every person in your company had a different deal type and needed their own specific plans. CaptivateIQ also does a great job of accepting feedback from its users.
